Accessories

  • Automatic gate opening

An antenna with a range of 5 meters is located in the gate opening. If the antenna picks up a signal from the controller within range, it will instruct the receiver to open the gate. The remote controls are located on the AMR cart. The system works automatically without the need to press any button on the remote control, just move closer to the antenna.

The solution contains one receiver and a controller resp. drivers as needed.

  • Directional arrow

AMR (automated mobile robots) are equipped with various security features. With their correct setting, it is possible to achieve even higher security compared to manually managed logistics means. Ideally, however, none of these safety features should be activated during AMR operation. Additional safety features are used for this. This sound or light equipment serves as a signal of possible danger.

The directional arrow is similar to a bluespot, in which case the blue light is replaced by a bright red light arrow on the floor in front of the AMR. Thanks to this traffic light, it is possible to ensure timely notification of the approaching AMR robot to workers working near its track.

  • AGV maják

    AGV beacon

AMR (automated mobile robots) are equipped with various security features. With their correct setting, it is possible to achieve even higher security compared to manually managed logistics means. Ideally, however, none of these safety features should be activated during AMR operation. Additional safety features are used for this. This sound or light equipment serves as a signal of possible danger.

The warning beacon warns in all directions of the presence of an AMR robot. AMR robots are very flexible and can move in different directions, rotate on the spot or back up. The warning beacon helps to increase attention and caution in this area.

  • AGV charger

  • AGV Tower

    AGV tower

A tower as a structure on which it is possible to install various types of light signaling or sensors necessary to ensure the smooth operation of logistics or equipment safety.

  • Bluespot

A bluespot is a blue light displaying a blue “spot” on the floor in front of an AMR robot. A blue light indicates that an AMR robot is entering this area. It is a warning of the possible danger of a collision with an AMR robot.

  • Automatic pallet wrappers

  • Calling system

The calling system can send different types of dispatching instructions, which can define different calling requests. The buttons can have the function of starting a job, canceling a job, or displaying multiple statuses. Support for built-in power with a lithium battery that is replaceable and lasts up to 30 days. The calling system has DC power support. It is possible to choose different numbers of buttons according to customer needs. Call buttons are suitable for AGVs, robots, workshop production lines, automation devices and other cases requiring instructions based on wireless communication.

  • Pallet stacker

The pallet stacker allows automatic storage and retrieval of pallets via AMR, thus maintaining a consistent flow of pallets within each company. Each job performed is communicated through the exchange of signals between the pallet stacker and the AMR.

To ensure safe and even stacking of pallets, the stacker is equipped with a bottom frame and castors on the side plate, which ensure adapted placement and stabilization. For consistent pallet flow, the pallet stacker automatically informs the AMR when the pallet hopper needs to be emptied, using the installed maximum indicator for 15 pallets.

In addition, for greater safety, the pallet stacker is installed with a safety light sensor on each side.

  • AGV Management System

The AGV Management system is used to control the operation of automatically guided trucks from a single truck to complex integrated systems of several AGVs. The AGV control system is built on an open platform, which allows connection to a number of systems for different requirements and applications. The main features of the control system are:
