  • AMR Pallet Mover Model IF0390

SLAM navigation enables the localization of the robot without installing navigation elements such as magnetic tape or QR codes. The AMR model IF 0390 is a trolley with a lower load capacity of up to 300 kg and a lift height of 205 mm for handling medium-heavy loads. It handles handling from position to position. Its main advantage is the shape of the skid which is suitable for transporting wheelbarrows and racks.

  • AMR Pallet Mover Model IF1430

The AMR model IF 1430 is a large trolley with a relatively high load capacity of up to 1400 kg and a lift height of 3000 mm, it can handle heavy loads from the ground to the floor or into racks. Its main advantage is the lifting height of the skids of up to 3 metres. SLAM navigation enables the localization of the robot without installing navigation elements such as magnetic tape or QR codes.

  • AMR Pallet Mover Model ILR0660

The AMR model IF 0390 is a trolley with a lower load capacity of up to 300 kg and a lift height of 60 mm handles handling with medium loads. Uses QR codes to achieve precise positioning.

  • AMR Pallet Mover Model ILR1060

SLAM navigation enables the localization of the robot without installing navigation elements such as magnetic tape or QR codes. The AMR model IF 1502 is a small trolley with a relatively high load capacity of up to 1000 kg and a lift height of 60 mm, it can handle heavy loads and has sufficient lift height for a variety of handling units.

  • Automatic gate opening

An antenna with a range of 5 meters is located in the gate opening. If the antenna picks up a signal from the controller within range, it will instruct the receiver to open the gate. The remote controls are located on the AMR cart. The system works automatically without the need to press any button on the remote control, just move closer to the antenna.

The solution contains one receiver and a controller resp. drivers as needed.

  • Directional arrow

AMR (automated mobile robots) are equipped with various security features. With their correct setting, it is possible to achieve even higher security compared to manually managed logistics means. Ideally, however, none of these safety features should be activated during AMR operation. Additional safety features are used for this. This sound or light equipment serves as a signal of possible danger.

The directional arrow is similar to a bluespot, in which case the blue light is replaced by a bright red light arrow on the floor in front of the AMR. Thanks to this traffic light, it is possible to ensure timely notification of the approaching AMR robot to workers working near its track.

  • AMR Pallet Mover IF 1502

SLAM navigation enables the localization of the robot without installing navigation elements such as magnetic tape or QR codes. AMR model IF 1502 is a small truck with a relatively high load capacity of up to 1500 kg and a lifting height of 205 mm. It can handle heavy loads from the ground to the ground, or handling from low conveyors. Its main advantage is a high speed of up to 2 meters per second, which it manages safely even when fully loaded. The high transport performance combined with the possibility of quick battery exchange creates a very interesting opportunity to reduce the number of AMR robots in the considered logistics solution.

  • AMR Pallet Stacker IF 0620

SLAM navigation enables the localization of the robot without installing navigation elements such as magnetic tape or QR codes. The AMR model IF 0620 has compact dimensions and is additionally equipped with omnidirectional wheels, thanks to which this robot can reach even the narrowest alleys, which are inaccessible for standard steering carts. In addition, it has a lifting height of up to 2 meters, which enables handling of the pallet on conveyors or also on the shelf.

  • AMR Pallet Stacker IF 2025

SLAM navigation enables the localization of the robot without installing navigation elements such as magnetic tape or QR codes. The AMR model IF 2025 is a powerful truck with a maximum load capacity of up to 2000 kg and a lift height of up to 2500 mm, designed for handling more demanding tasks with heavy loads, including loading to higher places. The higher requirements for the width of handling aisles are compensated by the possibility of automated establishment, e.g. also to the shelf and thereby increases the productivity of the available production or storage areas.

  • AGV maják

    AGV beacon

AMR (automated mobile robots) are equipped with various security features. With their correct setting, it is possible to achieve even higher security compared to manually managed logistics means. Ideally, however, none of these safety features should be activated during AMR operation. Additional safety features are used for this. This sound or light equipment serves as a signal of possible danger.

The warning beacon warns in all directions of the presence of an AMR robot. AMR robots are very flexible and can move in different directions, rotate on the spot or back up. The warning beacon helps to increase attention and caution in this area.

  • AMR Pallet Mover IF 3002

SLAM navigation enables the localization of the robot without installing navigation elements such as magnetic tape or QR codes. The AMR model IF 3002 is a robust truck with a maximum load capacity of up to 3000 kg and a lifting height of 200 mm. It can handle heavy loads from the ground to the ground or handling from low conveyors. Where the weight of the load was a limit and required the use of large trucks (requirements for a large handling space), space is opened for the use of the still compact AMR robot.

  • AGV charger

  • Pallet stacker AGV 400cm

The Pallet stacker AGV is used for automated storage of finished production on pallets on racks up to a height of 400 cm. It can solve the given request completely. By using a control system with a dispatching system, you no longer have to worry about Task Assignment and Priority Management. he system is fully autonomous. Using SLAM navigation doesn´t require additional magnetic tape for localization, so operation is much more convenient without additional costs (the renewal of magnetic tape).

  • AGV Tower

    AGV tower

A tower as a structure on which it is possible to install various types of light signaling or sensors necessary to ensure the smooth operation of logistics or equipment safety.

  • Bluespot

    Bluespot

AMR (automated mobile robots) are equipped with various security features. With their correct setting, it is possible to achieve even higher security compared to manually managed logistics means. Ideally, however, none of these safety features should be activated during AMR operation. Additional safety features are used for this. This sound or light equipment serves as a signal of possible danger.

A bluespot is a blue light displaying a blue “spot” on the floor in front of an AMR robot. A blue light indicates that an AMR robot is entering this area. It is a warning of the possible danger of a collision with an AMR robot.
